Teacher Thank You

Here is today's SCS sketch challenge. If any of you are as lucky as I am to have fabulous teachers for your kids consider yourself blessed and remember to thank them. The end of the school year is fast approaching so I used this sketch challenge to create these thank you's for my sons' teachers. This was a fun card. I rarely use brights, but they worked perfectly for this card. I used Real Red as my card base. Then I used a piece of patterned notebook paper from our local scrapbook store. I added the spiral punches along the left side. The band across the middle is the Big Deal Alphabet (a,b,c,& d) stamped across Whisper White and layered on Brilliant Blue. I had a piece of leftover organdy ribbon with a fun school print on it, so I tied that around and added blue & green safety pins. The main image is from the Basket Full Of Fun hostess set. I watercolored the bucket and apples, then I put crystal effects on the apples so they are shiny. I stamped "Thank you" in Real Red from the Much Appriciated set, added two red brads, and layerd it on B. Blue and R. Red. A big thank you to all you teachers out there!!

LOVE IT - I THINK I MIGHT HAVE TO MAKE A COUPLE OF THOSE.
I HAD NO PROBLEMS LEAVING A COMMENT TODAY, STUPID TECHNOLOGY!

Erica,
This is a fabulous way to use that punch. I love the look. Great job.
