Bleached International Tractor

Good morning everyone! Sorry I've been MIA for a few days. I've been nursing 2 of my sons and myself back to good health for a while now. I feel much better today so it's going to be a catch up day for me. This card I made quickly to get back into the swing of things using today's SCS color challenge: Real Red, Black, and Kraft. My father-in-law is a farmer and so we are a Case IH family.I will use this as his Father's Day Card. I found this tractor stamp last fall in Amish Country and I had to have it! The base of the card is Kraft, layered with Black then Real Red. On the Real Red I stamped my Linen background stamp with versamark, but you can't really see it in the picture. Also on the Real Red I stamped "glad you're my dad" in black ink. The tractor was first stamped on the red with versamark and embossed with black embossing powder. Then I did the bleaching technique by putting bleach in my aqua painter and coloring the inside of the tractor to remove some of the color. The main image is layered on black and kraft and mounted on dimensionals. I also tied black gingham ribbon around an S clip on the card base. Happy super early Father's Day ~ Dad Payne!

Only one problem. It is the wrong color. It should be green. All farmers love JOHN DEERE. heheh.
