This is Billybootabella.This card I made for today's SCS sketch challenge and it worked out perfect for the soggy, dreary day we are having today. The rain drops were drawn with Bashful Blue marker, then I used Crystal effects on them to make them raised and added Dazzling Diamonds for shimmer. I did the same for the puddle she is standing in. The rest is pretty basic stuff, but this is the layout that we were provided with for this challenge.
